1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using TurnYourPet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

TurnYourPet is an AI-powered service that transforms pet photos into creative artwork. Users can upload photos of their pets and apply various artistic templates to generate unique AI-generated images.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Sign in using a valid Google account
  • Be at least 13 years of age
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure

4. Credits and Payments

  • Credits are required to generate images
  • Each image generation costs 1 credit
  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • All sales are final - credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Upload images that you do not own or have rights to use
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service
  • Share or resell your account access
  • Use automated tools to access the service

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing our service.

Generated Images: You own the AI-generated images created from your photos and may use them for personal or commercial purposes. However, we retain the right to use anonymized examples for promotional purposes.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Generated images are stored for 30 days, after which they may be automatically deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

TurnYourPet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
